A laser printer uses toner powder to print onto paper. When the toner runs out the toner cartridge needs to be replaced so you can continue printing.
You can purchase a new toner cartridge for your model printer, or a cheaper alternative is to purchase a recharged/re-manufactured toner cartridge.

Overwhelming heat coming from the back exhaust and cylinder from on a Ultra Classic Limited 103 inch engine. My thoughts are to replace the exhaust with a less restrictive exhaust such as a screaming...

I think replacing the exhaust will help, but it's an air cooled engine - they get fricking HOT! It's a very common issue with Harleys -just as it was with VWs back in the day. Replacing the exhaust will not void the warranty but it's not going to make a noticable difference - it may drop the temp a few degrees, but hot is hot. Your dealer might try to pull that "warranty is void" ****, but don't cave in - they are bluffing. They cannot void the warranty for this. Everyone changes their exhaust. If they persist, contact customer satisfaction and choose a different dealer.

You might look into putting a parade fan on - the bigger, the better. There are several to choose from and they help a great deal.

Also - Kuryakyn makes lexan heat shields which do help.

Why do i have to re-tune my tv every time i switch on?

That is probably because the backup battery is exhausted and flat.
It won't cost much to replace and is usually situated on the tuner panel or near the uProcessor.
Hope that helps.

My local HD dealer just installed a HD race tuner, a air cleaner kit and a set of Vance+Hynes true dual exhaust and dyno-tuned on my 2008 Road Glide, $1600.00 parts+labor . I bought the bike from them used...

Take it to another dealer. Dealers usually will not warranty any type of performance work. I find it difficult to see why the exhaust would cause the vibration. Just make sure the exhaust is supported properly to the frame. I would however suspect the race tuner. If the tuner is not adjusted correctly it will cause the engine to run poorly. It may even cause the engine to overheat. I'd suspect the igniton timing. Take it to another dealer or to an aftermarket that has a "good dyno man".

Now, there are two types of dyno-tunes. One, is actually not a dyno tune but more of a dyno run up. Regrettfully, this is what most dealers do. They install a bunch of stuff and then put your bike on the dyno, run it up, and get a print out of the horsepower and torque, that's it. This is simply a run up. The charge us usually about $35 - $50 or so.

Now a true dyno tune is totally different. The run up is just the beginning to establish a baseline. Then changes are made to your race tuner, intake, fuel map, timing settings, and exhaust to get the highest horsepower and torque out of your bike. You are usually charged "X" amount of dollars to begin with and then some much per hour. I've seen a good dyno man work on a bike for several hours changing jetting and such on the bikes and believe me, if the guy does what he's supposed to do, you can feel the difference. Bad part is a "good dyno man" is very hard to find.

Good Luck

The check exhaust filter light came on in my 2007 GMC Sierra truck 2500 duramax. I do not have the owners manual but I know the dealer will just reset the computer in the truck. How can I reset it myself?

There is a procedure for your exhaust system. Its called Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Regeneration. Your dealer will have to do this for you. The particulate filter is in the exhaust system. It traps large carbon particulates so they don't get out into the air. The system is designed to take care of itself but does need to be done by someone with a tech2 scanner.

I ahve a 2003 Road King, with fuel injection, I`d always heard about true duals, so being a welder and fabricator, I took my stock exhaust and removed the cross over pipe, welded the holes, and reinstalled...

You need to get a race tuner for the bike. When you made changes to the pipes you changed the pressure that the ECM was looking for and that's why the bike is backfiring on deceleration. You need to get a race tuner (Harley's Screaming Eagle Race Tuner, Power Commander V). These tuners will allow you to adjust the ECM settings so that you can control the amount of fuel unburned in the cylinders. My suggestion is to go to www.fuelmotousa.com and look at the power commander (since you like to play with your own stuff).
Also take a look at www.hdforums.com which has a wealth of knowledge on the HD.
Good luck!

Tuner

whats wrong with the old tuner? did the connector break? depending on the damage the connector can be replaced to replace the tuner right out i would call a medium difficult level. it invovles removeing the signal board the board with the tuner on it simply unsoldering and replacings care should be taken not damage surface mounted components. at the shop it is possible we repair these tuner which involves opening the can tuner and soldering a new connector to the can of the tuner.

Tuner Problem

Robert,
Replacing the "F" connector is usually all that's needed unless the tuner board is cracked. You could remove the tuner - send it in for repair and re-install it... It would clearly save a few bucks!
Any shop should be able to do that one easy enough... Around here we charge $40.00 including the part to replace the "F" connector and there are shops that charge even less...
