Using cam with msn 6.2

I have installed msn 6.2.
I have a logitech clicksmart 820 digicam. When I go to
start the cam within msn conference, the whole pc
crashes. It has done this very time now and I do not know
what the solution is.

Greetings John,
Can you be more specific about what exactly is occurring when "the whole PC crashes"? For
instance, does it just freeze up, does it reboot, do you get a nasty blue screen, etc.
Also, you may want to make sure that you have the latest version of the drivers for the
Logitech ClickSmart. You can find them there:

Sorry for delay in response.
The pc reboots telling me that a serious error has
occurred. However, all is ok with the pc when it reboots.
Do you think it is simply a driver problem? I will check
out the latest drivers and install. If you have any other
suggestions, please let me know.

Yes, what you're describing usually is a driver problem (infact there isn't much more that
could really be tweaked I'm afraid).
