Lexmar X5150 Printer whit Hardware error 0502, can... (by 4 users)

I have a lexmark x5150 printer, scanner, copier, and fax machine. I keep getting the message: hardware error 0502. The cartridges are stalled on the left side and the printer won't do anything. Can someone help me??

only get part of the page gets printed

i have checked the cartidges to make sure they are properly
set in and have also checked the power lines
