-   I have a durabrand 10 sheet/crosscut shreader model WM1O1BCD.
The plastic gear after the drive motor is stripped.
Where can I purchase a new gear ?

If you can, I can show you how to remove the jam. Machine had to be taken apart. If you are not a tech. this will take you some time.I can work with you on phone.
