try this
uninstall the web cam driver ( properties tab of the web cam)
go to the web cam manufacturer web site , find the down load for that model and then select the operating system you have and down load it if you have win xp or win 7 operating systems , they are no longer supported by Microsoft so drivers installed from the microsoft site will drop out
Here is the link to Creative labs web site. Match the picture to the web cam you have and you can get the official drivers from them. Click on the link below or copy and paste it into your web browser. Here is the link:
got to the web site for the scanner manufacturer select down load for that model and select win 7 os
down load and run
Microsoft no longer supports win 7 so the scanner driver will not be listed in win 7
You can down load the driver from the Brother Printers Site. Go to support in Brother Printer Web site and click on drivers. Select your printer model and then down load.
there is no current soloution, there is a virus on the net that completly wipes all information off mp4's including the driver files, repair files and mp4 player files. the only temporary way to fix it is to either find another mp4 and copy the sofware off that and install the divices from the copied folder, or somehow download the files off the net.
