That would be Motorola Phone Tools. Try this website. (you'll have to register your email address) but the download is free. And, make sure you download and install all applicable drivers, too. http://www.motoroladownloads.webs.com
The Motorola Website has a Multitude of Drivers FREE for Download. The Best solution for this Problem though is to go to www.Phonetools.com and Purchase the Moto Phonetools Package for $25.00. It is INCREDIBLE and will let you do EVERYTHING that you need to do!!!! Yes I have it for MY Moto RAZR!!!!!
Place your microsd card into the microsd adapter (this will slip into the SD slot in your pc) and then you will be able to tranfer your pictures from the microsd card to the computer. Your computer shoud automatically recognize the hardware you've inserted into the slot and should pop up a screen.
*Make sure you check your pictures on the card before removing the card from your device and placing it in pc though. You can do this by pressing menu/ok on your phone >pictures/video > my pictures/video > your phone shoudl display "extrernal memory option .
