The fan and the heater both dont work but the light comes on in the front

what works and not work on the car, it's a complex car.
is it just lamps failing in the cluster.
or does the heater and blower fail.
my guess is cluster lamps dont glow? is that it?
does car drive ok? with head lamps on and blower on high.
and no warnings come on, driving?
like CEL lamp or others like oil, or battery/charge or others.
what is the front window deal, i missed that part?

well these dont work in winter 1st off if heater is on were u from try to wigle the water buket on it just right so sits in and turns on sum sensor toucjy the way they sit in

Exterior fan under the hood near firewall may not be getting the feed from the dash switch or is malfunctioned. Check for any fuses that may be blown and test the wiring at the heater core fan for 12 volt DC currant with a test light as switch on the dash is turned on

should have to motors one for the front and one in the back, check the power at the front motor,(test light) both power and ground, if it has power try tapping on the motor with a screwdriver handle, if it starts working,immediately replace the motor as it just might wipe out the module.

You might need to check does your fan still functioning or not. There is time when the heater fan lifetime will end. On the other hand, if you have to check your car lights or any electronic device whether it is functioning as usual or not. If there is some problem, that's means there is problem with your wiring.

sounds like a blockage to the heater matrix ,not a job for us enthusiasts,might involve front dash removal to accses it.although an engine reverse flush could do the trick.
