I just bought a used snow blade for my cub cadet. The OEM # 190-302 blade looks good but I haven't got a clue how it mounts to my tractor. Where can I find mounting instructions? Thanks Cliff

The simple solution is the replaceable shear pins in the front auger have sheared. This is normal and protects the snow blower from major repairs. I suggest going to youtube and search "replace shear pins on Cub Cadet snow blower." There are a dozen videos that will help you troubleshoot and make the repair.
(32 degrees and above, 30w oil) - (32 degrees to 0 degrees, 10w-30) - (32 degrees to -20 degrees below 0 and beyond -20, 5w-20 or 5w-30) Cub Cadets call for a low ash oil. it can be purchased at any cub cadet tractor dealership.
Is the tractor moving slow or are the blades moving slowly? The belt on the mower blades may be slipping. If the tractor is moving slowly look to see if the transmission needs fluid.
If it vibrates when blades are engaged then blade balance or belt alignment is a problem. If without blade but just moving, then a problem with the transmission. Warranty? follow that path.
That looks like a Cub Cadet part # for the Snow Blower.
You will absolutely need to customize a Belly bracket and Mule drive. Possibly find a Cub Cadet belly bracket and modify it to match your mounting points on the TY4000
The manual that I received with my blower was the Cub Cadet version and very incomplete. You can find an excellent manual from MTD, the maker of the blower, here: http://www.snowblowerguide.com/snow_blower_manuals.php
Most common problem is the deck bearings being bad for one of the blades. The next thing to look at is the mounting arms, hsake the deck back and forth if it wiggles side to side it will need reparirs. Also check that yo have not bent any pullys and that they are all running straight.
