Question about Dell A920 InkJet Printer

Copier/scanner not working

I just connected my DELL A920 printer to my HP Pavilion laptop. The printer is working however the copier and scanner don't seem to be working. Is there something I can do to correct this problem?

Have u installed all the software from the cd? here is the manual http://support.euro.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/a920/en/index.htm

Dell Printer A920 + macbook


The Dell printers sold right now are Lexmark printers manufactured specifically for Dell. Dell only sells Windows PCs so there are no printer drivers for the Macintosh OS. I?m surprised your Mac doesn?t at lest recognize the printers presence but even if it did there are no software drivers so it isn?t going to work. Sorry for the bad news, please don?t shoot the messenger :)

The flashing LED is the diagnostic.
