Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Wondering if that may be the serial number that you have quoted. Most Westinghouse radios that I have been able to find are allocated model numbers as WRXXX
If it has a solid state rectifier then it will be post war vintage at least.
Are there any other identifying marks on the radio?

I will not use RadioShack caps, since they are not low ESR type which is required for switching power supply, they will not last if you use generic electrolytic caps.
You should remove one cap at a time so you can see what the value is for each cap.

Capacitors kit: http://lcdalternatives.auctivacommerce.com/ he can make you a set of caps for you.
Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
