Question about SaniServ 401 20 Quart Ice Cream Maker
Our Saniserve 707 has stopped freezing the mix.High side pressure reads 150lbs with compressor on.Spec's call for 300 lbs.Does it just need more 404a?
The best thing to do would be to recover the 404a into a clean recovery jug, weighing how much you take out. Check the nameplate on back it will tell total ref charge. in either oz or lbs. then weigh the charge back into the unit. this is the best wayto verify if you have a proper charge. If the unit is low on charge then you will want to find and repair the leak as soon as possible.
