How to Change Display Name

There is no option for it on your extension because your "class of service" is not set for it. Probably the only extension set for name change is 301 if the default configuration was not changed.

We are using the NEC Aspire 22b phones and many of them do not ring. How can we turn the ringer on? We can turn the ringer volumn up and change the ring tone just fine, but It still does not ring. ...

The ringer is always on. The problem is that some of your extensions aren't programmed in a ring group.

1. have the first call on the line (do NOT put on hold), (call 1 or 2)
2. press CONF key
3. dial 9 for an outside line and dial the number
4. press CONF **twice** to join calls.
