This circuit board is manufactured by Uniden, I believe. I was searching for it last week and found it by googling PTMN058COX Schematic. There are many brands using this board so don't worry about the brand name. Just download the file.
Did you look at it? What did you see ? you will need a source of heat like a hair dryer but able to apply direct heat to that one spot . Warm it up good then turn your radio on and see if it keys up or what .If it keys up right away then replace c113 with a new one and you should be in business.
