For a couple of reasons, No. However, if you access system programming, you can look at a couple of program locations to see whether the lines are turned on in software and how the system was restricted. Generally, program 400 assigns CO lines (in a TA cabinet) if the original installer used that method. The lines have to be enabled and appear on a phone to work. If you press lines 2 and 3 on the phone and the display says something, then it probably was the method used to turn them off. The other possibility was that they just restricted access by extension :-(.

It's a lot of work for nothing. That's changed in the 400's (407-409) IIRC.

Pick up a copy of your system's programming guide (PG) and it will tell you how to do it.

NEC DTU 16D 1A not ringing

Your PABX line settings need to be programmed for "ringing" as incoming call notification for each specific assigned number (wired port assignment).

Trunk lines r getting hangup always and i'm reseting the system always

Check your firmware on the system.
which kind of phone do you have connected to the stytem, are these all digital phones?, like the ones on your profile picture. do you have programming software for the system. I will then be able to give you some steps to follow for the trunk access mapping and key assignment to the phones.

Our office pabx is a Panasonic KX-TA616. I am trying to program personal speed dial on a Panasonic KX-T7730 (which has 12 CO buttons on the right but no Personal Feature buttons). Neither of the...

Look carefully at the part number on the phone and where you posted. A Panasonic 7730 set has 24 buttons, 12 left side C.O. buttons and 12 right side PF buttons. A TA30830 (new style) has 12 buttons with LED's. In our country, the TA30830 needed 824 version 2 or greater software to work.
In your country the other mate to that is the KXT-7667.

If your phone is one of those and actually works, as in any Panasonic set, the LED buttoon requires a "2" in front of the digit sequence to tell the system it's a PF button.. So, PROG button 2+access code+number STORE saves a speed dial. The access code is what you dial to get an outside line.

My problem is that i have pabx kx-ta308,and iwant install it,I need to know every number i will use to each line and if not programed,I need the help how to program it.

Panasonic made 2 TA-308's, one for the US market and one for worldwide. It's similar in operation to the 624 and those manuals are available on the internet. There's not much to them, it has 11 modular jacks and 2 1/8" (350mm) jacks on the side (top) that interfaces to the 3 lines and 8 phones with music and paging ports. At the least, there's an installation manual and a user's manual. Later systems added a separate programming manual.

In a TD system, the lines have 2 digit number 01-12 normally, up to 55 actually. So, if line 1 is missing, press PROGRAM dial 99 press the unprogrammed button and dial 0 01 STORE

Press PROGRAM or pick up the handset and drop it back down to exit programming.

How do i programme extension on my KX-TES824 pabx?

It comes already programmed for lines, so you must be looking to program buttons for other things. How's that OM working for you? I can link you to the US version, it will program the same but you'll have different descriptions. Start on page 153 "Customizing your phone" :-) http://www.public.carl.airpost.net/Pana/TA-824/200_TA_OM_07-04%5B1%5D.pdf

Basically, you will press PROGRAM and buttons and use 1 + ext STORE for extensions and the right side buttons will be just access codes. Here we get an outside line with "9" and the phone numbers.

Panasonic kx-t7630. PABX lines have been reducede from 5 to 3. how can re assign CO buttons? now line 2 and 5 are no more in use, but still show as free. And if I press usual 9 to get outside line it...

If you know how to do system programming, the best thing to do is to move the lines into the first 3 positions on the cabinet and go into system program 600 and reduce the lines to 3. Your system installer or manager may be able to do the programming in less than 30 minutes.

There is a big trouble

all faxes use automatic fallback sytem for dropping the speed as well as the machines communicate on the highest common speed therefor you don't need to set the speed. Apart from the situation if your phone line is disturbed and not receiving faxes and giving communication errors.... happy faxing omnipresent
