Error E005 is displayed when the system detects an error with the temperature switch(s) for the heating element relating to the temptronic system. This can include a faulty switch, heating element, or temptronic board. If the cause of the error is determined to be the element or switch you will need to schedule service for the unit as these components cannot be accessed without significant disassembly of the unit. Please consult your local JK distributor to schedule service for the unit.

regarding E005 , E004 at JUKI lock stitch machine means :
E004:

synchronizer lower position sensor failure ( please check if socket is connect secure or lose connect - please check belt tension if lose please made more tight for belt tension.
E005:
synchronizer upper position sensor failure ( please check if socket is connect secure or lose connect - please check belt tension if lose please made more tight for belt tension.
if still not solve please change synchronizer with new one.

Canon 1180 error code E005 200

We have a Gaggenau BO250/251. It gave error code E005, and after a lot of frustration, we opened the left hand light (NOT the light at the top of the owen) and fiddled a little with the bulb. And voila, the owen worked again.


Stupid design to disable the owen when the light does not work. Bravo, Gaggenau....

Error E005 means the fuser cleaner roller has run out & may need a replacement. If the error is false it will disappear by following the reset procedure. To clear this error code press * 2 and 8 * in that 2&8 are pressed simultaneously. Go to the web counter and clear the counter back to Zero (0). Machine will now restart your machine & error code will disappear. If this doesn't help then try clearing both web counters in service mode, COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB> and COUNTER>DRBL-1>FIX-WEB> perform a Error Clear in service mode FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR>. 　 Main Cause The fixing web has been taken up. The fixing web length sensor (PS45) is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Mode of Detection
　0000　The length of fixing web that has been taken up is in excess of the specified length.

Caution After replacing the fixing web, be sure to reset the two web counters in service mode: COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB and COPIER>COUNTER>DRBL-1>FX-WEB.

if your machine is giving E-005 that means your fixing assembly (fuser cleaning web is not detecting) is bad.

go in service mode by pressing additional fuction + 2 & 8 + again press addtional function

If you find that the E005 code won't reset after replacing the Web, and clearing both web counters in service mode, <COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB> and <COPIER>COUNTER>DRBL-1>FIX-WEB> perform a Error Clear in service mode <COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR>.
