1989 rinker boat
4 cylinder gm/omc
i need specs for:
plugs, points,idle, prop size,etc.

boat had been sitting for a while, i changed oil,points,plugs, new gas,etc.
i can crank it, but it's a little rough and won't idle below 2000 rpms.
any advice or help would be appreciated. thanks.
