Upgrading motherboard

I want to upgrade the motherboard on my medion m3 composer 5100 so i can have dual graphics cards, but i want to use all my existing components. what do you recomend

Dual graphic cards aka SLI require a SLI Power Supply. This is a good option if you want to start building a new system. Another option is just to get the new Nvidia 280 graphic card. Check out Tomshardware.com for a killer article on the latest graphic cards.
