Question about Sony NW-HD5 MP3 Player
I have not dropped or damaged my mp3 one day after leaving it in my bag overnight ( the bag wasnt full of heavy stuff) it wont turn on! the loading screen appears and it reconises when the hold is on but it never actually turns onto the main screen. ive tried taking the battery out nd puttin it back in bt no luck. ive had this mp3 for about 3 years. hope u can help me thanks.
I had already save mp3 songs to walkman but through walkman cant hear that songs, there was error massage coming "no track found"

Hey, i know, very late reply, but i had the same problem, 2 years ago, i dropped my sony walkman atrac and then there was the starting screen but nothing else, you know. and just now! i found a solution: take the battery out of the player, then charge it without the battery! for just a minute, then disconnect it again, put the battery back inside and charge it again. mine works now and im totally amazed! good luck!

IPods do the same when they battery dies and the hard disk seems to get stuck. Gently tap the annoying thing on your mousepad while turning it along the axis perpendicular to the rotation of the drive and this will normally solve the problem. Make sure there is some battery power or do it while plugged in to the usb port.
