Motherboard model : P5PE-VM Problem : need a sound card (asus)

Any brand inexpensive PCI sound card will be adequate. Remember to first enter the MB bios and disable the onboard audio first. You will now only be able to connect to autio ports from the back... front will no longer work.

CPU overvoltage error"

Did n't you just post in hardware about flashing the BIOS?
Did you enter the BIOS & check the cpu voltage setting to make sure it's correct?
Actually, after the flash you probably should have used the ClearCMOS jumper to reset the BIOS,
then ran thru ALL the settings & manually adjust them for best performance.

Multimedia audio controller driver will not install It loads the realtek driver then restarts the pc

You're P5PE-VM motherboard does use Realtek AC'97 driver. (ADI AD1888JCPZ). Preform a clean install. Download, install and run the free program ccleaner. Once installed click on the registry icon within ccleaner and run it. Than restart you're system and enter the bios. Make sure AC'97 is to [Auto] See page 2-20 in you're manual.
Save and exit the bios. Use the Asus CD and install the sound drivers. Or download the latest drivers from Asus;

Good luck!

Problem with my Asus p5pe-vm motherbord.When i start it,the message CPU uCode loading error appears.What to do...HELPPPPPPP

If your over clocking your CPU settings reset to default. See if you still get the error. If you still get the error than update your bios. There are a couple of way to do this. You can use the software on your Asus CD or you can down load the latest BIOS-Utilities, Afudos BIOS update tool V2.36. Than download the bios file, P5PE-VM BIOS 1501.
Using built-in EZ Flash to flash BIOS Please be informed that not all motherboards support EZ Flash,
please use DOS flash utility to update BIOS if your motherboard does not support EZ Flash;
