Key product

hello....i reinstalled vista and now is asking me to activate it.....i tried with the key product i have when i bought the laptop but doesnt activate it ..it said the key is in activation already........what do i have to do? i have 28 days left........pleaseee help...is urgent!!! thanks!.

GuruHello there,
heres what I would do,,,,.
Contact Microsoft help desk and they will fix this for you,
I assume you don't have the disk anymore,
Look under the machine for the COA sticker (Certificate Of Authenticity) and call Microsoft,
they will give you a code to unlock your machine as you already paid for the softwares when you brought the machine.

go to help desk
ask for assistance or you can call them and they will help.
check the listing in your local phone book or the above link.
