Question about Cell Phones
Restore Factory Setting In on The Phone
Posted on Jul 17, 2008
If you buy a new simcard it will be a empty simcard with no phone numbers in it.
no if your phone is blacklisted - banned from use for example if it is reported stolen, there is noting you can do to fix it, unless your intrested in 5 years in jail for changeing the imei code of the phone.
