Question about Dell Dimension 3000 PC Desktop

Motherboard drivers I am reinstalling a friends system and do not have the motherboard drivers disc.....it is a 3000. Where can i download the correct drivers?

    Hello.

    Do you have idea how many different motherboards do exist.

    Unless you find out the make and model and post it, i don't think anyone can help you.

    If you are talking about a desktop pc it will be easy for you, in case you don't have the manual of the motherboard, to open the case and look the board for the name of manufacturer and the model, if you don't have idea what de model looks like, write down all the significant numbers and letters you see, for example:

    dtk PRM266.

I believe are speaking of drivers for the audio, video ect. Those can be downloaded from the dell site, go to support and put in the dell service code number that is on the computer. That will lead you to the drivers that you need.
