Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
This should be a very simple fix for you.
You can remove the dispensing drawer completely - usually by pushing down on a springy tab. Look along the level of the top for the catch.
When removed, give it a good wash in the sink, as there will be a build up of goo in the little syphon arrangement that dips into the softener area.
If it allows you to unclip it, then do, and rinse it out with running water.
Then dry with kitchen towel. You may need to do this twice.
While the drawer is out, give the hole it goes into a spray with kitchen cleaner, and wipe it clean - don't loose your cloth!
Often this is an area that goes mouldy, leading to a musty smell on the clothes.
Click all together and it should work fine again.
