Well first i was asleep and my niece spilled some
cherry icee
on my motorola rokr z6m
and now the buttons will not work i thought
maybe if i open it up i could clean the
numpad but here listen
none of the buttons will funtion properly
the numpad will not work and the arrow keys and end and talk button wont work but the end button works
i really want to know how to fix it because i wont be able to buy a new phone for 2 years
I think the moisture has entered into the keypad sensor where it must have shorted the leads on the keypad board... you should remove the keypad layer and make it dry thoroughly.. i would advise to take it to the service center for curing the keypad asap....if the phone is under warranty you can take it to the customer care

If you have a Motorola ROKR Z6m (Slider) this phone's radio frequencies are factory pre-set to dual band (CDMA 850Mhz / 1900Mhz) . As such, there is no way to flash it to make this a tri-band phone.
If you are in the United States you only need a dual band phone as these two frequencies are the only ones used. The only time you would ever need the 900Mhz frequency is if you are traveling internationally. Otherwise, you would never use or need the 900Mhz frequency.
If you are planning to travel internationally, you would need to purchase a different phone.
On the side of the phone there is a switch that locks the keypad. It must be in the down position when your phone is turned on, or it will stay locked. Hope this helps =)
its an internal problem try taking out the battery for about 1 min or more and try it again. if doesnt work you will have to contact your phone service provider for a repalcement phone if under warranty or insurance.
plug it to the charger leave it one hour then remove the battery and put it on after 5 seconds and turn it on repeat as necessary it will take a while but thats the only way i fixed mines
there must be some problem in ur settings or technical problem... i suggest u to read to manual properly. or go n show ur phone in some mobile service centre
:( ahhh
