I called them and they were no help at all. They said, in short, "We don't have parts, we can't help you, buy a new Shredder! There warranty is 30 days with receipt.
I would buy yours for parts but it wouldn't be worth the shipping charges!
If you wanted to remove the micro switch and would send to me I'd be interested in purchasing it. My machine isn't that old, so I really don't want to purchase a new shredder. I got it from CostCo last year.

two ways, first take a light oil (3 in 1) and scribble a pattern on a piece of paper and pass it through the cutting heads do this a couple of times, this can be done as you shred just put a little oil on papers you are about to shred from time to time.
second, if it is a light duty machine, with plastic parts, then pass some waxed paper through the shredder to clean and lube the heads, this also works for your 3 hole punches.

Did you open up the shredder or remove it from the basket? Look and see if the switch is in the right place and is not being blocked.
If you didn't mess with the switch and just cleared the jam, then take it back to where you bought it for a replacement

You have guides or cutter assembly out of alignment. Take it apart and double check before reassembling.
