Hey iv been usin apple ipod classic since 6 months and the problem dat im facin s dat. de songs n the videos are not bein played in my ipod.de rest..evrythins fine..i tried resettin de ipod but still m facing de same problem.. ma ipod s workin fine..oni de songs n videos r nt playin..plz help..

Check this link out from Apple Support that has a list of ways you can reset your iPod. Because you haven't listed the specific model, I can't tell exactly what steps to tell you. The link however has a list of different models and steps to take!
Hey press the play pause button and the enter button at the same time if it has a lock move it baca and forte 6 times while holding play pause button and enter/centered button for 6 seconds, that should solve from freezing ipods to non functioning well :)

you can find all the ipod software online at apple.com, it's only the old ipods that came with cd's the newer ones starting form 06 i believe don't come with cds. so just check out apple.com for the software.
