Question about Kenmore 16602 / 16604 / 16609 Built-in Dishwasher
I am renting at a place with an old built in Kenmore dishwasher (I am not sure which model, it only says "Kenmore Ultra wash" on the front) and the water does not want to drain. I have removed the water distributor at the bottom and have found some paper and a fork around the edges of the circular drain, which I removed. However, the dishwasher still does not want to drain. I wanted to open it further, but I need a special tool to remove the screws and I thought I will ask advice first.
I would appreciate if you can help
Make sure that the draining-hose is clean .... Try to put the draining-hose downwards .... it is possible that the pomp can not push the water high enough .... if the hose runs downwards ... gravity will help !
