Restore the software in your Ipod to factory settings. Leave you Ipod on the cable overnight on your computer of power adaptor to charge overnight.

Then sync your music back into the Ipod.

My computer will not recognize my gigaware 4GB video mp3 player and when i plug it into the computer a battery pops up on the mp3 player screen even though it has been charging for one day and i can not...

I'm not with this brand specifically, but it does sound a lot like the iPod so I will try to help...
Even though the battery is most likely fully charged, it will continue to show the battery symbol to show that it is charging/charged. Depending on the brand, there will be a different symbol between a charging battery and a charged battery.
As for your music, make sure you have the most current driver(s) installed on your computer.

Help! 30 GB Gigabeat won't hold a charge and seems to be wiped :(

Sounds like a built in glitch ... You might want to take it back under manufacturer's warranty and get a completely different MP3 Player/iPod, because it sounds like a scamming item - for $400 I'd demand answers.

It may sound a bit cheeky, but I find reputable models, like Goodmans, JVC and Sony work without a problem, and buying cheaper models with mass GB space would seem a bit too good to be true.

Music will not move to next song

just checking, but did you make sure that the "Repeat One" option wasn't selected on your ipod? its located on a toolbar that can be turned on and off by touching the album cover (or the generic picture if you don't have one.) now that's where it gives you the option to skip around throughout the song. on the left there's a repeat symbol, and on the right there the shuffle symbol. make sure the repeat symbol doesn't have a "1" next to it.
hope this helps ;-)

Need to remove downled music from coby mp3 player, how?

To delete songs from your device follow the steps below
You have to make sure that the device is on MSC mode...then make sure your device is plug in to the computer..Then go to programs - accesories - windows explorer, find the SanDisk in my computer, go to media, music and delete them from there.
Either under sync panel in your windows media player it will show your music when it's connected. just click the plus signs for what song you need to get rid of, right click and click delete.
To format it..on your device..go under..menu, setting and there should be a format option option there..let me know if that doenst work for you...
Hope this helps
Thank you

Wont turn on

Sounds like the battery is spent. If you just bought this 'new', you should know these haven't been made for a while, maybe 2 years. The battery might be dead. New ones aren't too expensive.

What does the little electrical bolt symbol mean?

this is obviously a power or connectivity issue, check that the device ( your ipod ) is correctly seated into the logitech speaker system, and check the power cables are connected according to the manual which came with the logitech speaker system.
question u may ask yourself? - does the ipod work as it should on its own? (without non-apple devices/components attached to it) - if it doesnt - take to an apple store or call or seek apple support.
it sounds like your ipod is low on power from source.
i hope this directs you in the right direction, party on!
