Re: no drivers available
You can download the setup files/drivers from HP's website to make your printer function correctly.
I don't know which version of Windows you use so you would need to click here , then choose your version from the list. This will take you to the download page and you can then click on 'HP Deskjet Software/Driver Full Feature'
This download, when ran will setup your printer properly.

Hi, I can't understand what "Custom size doesn''t present on your driver " means. the drver is just the piece of sofware used by windows to make your printer work. Custome size setting should have nothing to do with the driver.
Answer:-- This is due to many reasons but mostly its due to as follows :-- Whenever the New operating systems are released, new drivers will need to be loaded for your existing printers. Not all printers have a driver for every OS. In these cases, it’s best to consult the printer manual and find out what printers the drivers will emulate. While not all of the functionality of the printer will be available under this emulation, at least basic printing will work. For example, most HP printers will print with the HP Laser-Jet II driver installed, although specific options, such as duplexing, will not work.this will help.good luck.
When printing a web page which has only 5 lines of text, the printer prints the 5 lines and scrolls the page empty. But, I wanted the printer to stop printing after it has printed the available 5 lines. Also, it should not print the header and footer automatically.
1. uninstall your printer 2. restart your system 3. re install your printer 4. after installation take a test print 5. hope this will correct your problem.. 6. otherwise, run Advance system care to fix your computer problems, such as registry errors etc., due to some registry problem are some other problem in your software makes like this problems.. download from the following link..its a freeware software..download it and install it, Press CARE to start the program.

Have you tried a different driver? Most of those phaser printers have a PS driver loaded, See if there are PCL drvers for that product, and try that. I went on the Xerox.com site and they have both PS and PCL 6 and PCL 5 drivers, I believe one of those will help your problem.
Now that being said, If you are getting the stretching on other programs, then the problem is the drum motor encoder is getting contaminated with silicon lubricant from the maintenance kit. That will cause that problem, But since you are saying it is with one specific program, I suspect a different driver will correct the problem.
Hmmm.. I would suggest first removing the ink cartridges and then reinstalling them. That should triggert the alignment page. If this does not resolve the issue then uninstall the driver and reinstall the drver and run the test page from Control Panel>Printers>options
did you download the print drvers for the printer. the printer is not a plug & print . you have to download drivers. if you do not have the disc you can go to HP.com to get them. make sure that you download the postscript drivers it will alow you to print any font plus extras. hope this helps.
