The "secret code" for audio options is *#8999*8378# but before you use this you should know that when i tried to do so,my earpiece is now so low, that i can not even hear what the other person is saying.Use the code only if you know how to do so!
This could just be a setting in the phone. If you go to your menu and settings you will have a phone settings option. Just go to volume and turn it up to where you want it. But you should have volume control when on a call to so you can adjust it from there.

My samsung E250s volume is very soft so I tried a lot of codes like *#1111# and *#8999*8378# but it won't work so can you give me a code
press *#0206*8378# aftr this u have to choose h/w test aftr that audio setting & in the 13 option IIS NORMAL 2 go to rx volume & increase it level by level
ENTER *#0206*8378#
>>H/W TEST>>AUDIO SETTINGS>>IIS NORMAL 2>>CHANGE EAR GAIN TO 15>>THEN GO TO RX VOL>>then change to how loud you want it by each level. there are 14.
CAUTION:SONG QUALITY GOES **** IF PUT IT TO HIGH. WRITE EXISTING SETTING JUST IN CASE YOUR NOT PLEASED WITH IT. hope this helps :)

Ive been using my phone all day and its been fine up till about 20 minutes ago. Ive tried turning it on and off, but its still white. I don't get the pin code screen up when turning it on either. Is there some way of fixing this?
