I have this prepaid simcard from Turkey, It is locked now and I do not have the PUK number to open it. Is there anyway, I can unlock it. I don't live in Turkey anymore. Thank you

How to find your PUK code

Telstra 4g plus mobile i guest it is from Australia or uk.
To unlock mobile phone you need 1) imei number of mobile,
2)mobile country code and 3)mobile network code that is of simcard network code for that country for example australia. There are many apps available which can generate unlock code for mobile phone.

if you have a problem about your simcard including about PUK number what you need to do is call your simcard provider (your simcard costumer service) and ask them about puk for your number..puk is personal unlocking key, it means that puk number is private and only the provider of your simcard has it number..

It might happen that your phone might ask you for PUK2 after you enter your PUK number. You can find the PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack. If you do not have this then contact your phone service provider. Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once they have confirmed your identity to prevent any stolen SIM access.

Whilst trying to put a pin number on my phone i have accidentally locked it and my phone is now asking foe a PUK number however i bought the phone 2nd hand and dont know what details were used when activating the sim so i am having trouble getting accsess to the PUK number!! sir please call to the related simcard customercare and say the last 6-digit number which is present before the simcard. then they will give the pukcode number to unlock the cellphone...........

The Puk number depends on the pin lock on the sim, the phone will still work with a different Sim card.

To unlock the Puk code you need to call the contact number for the service provider for your Sim. Alternatively you can unlock the PUK code at a local shop for a small fee, £10 or £20 in UK.

To unlock PUK, call the company that branded your Sim card.


use google to find contact number for your sim card fone company in your area. That is the only way to unlock PUK for free, and it always work.

The puk code comes on the certificate or in the documents thatcome withthe simcard, to obtain the code call your phone serviceprovider whoowns the number / simcard or who sends you the bills.

Don't tryto guess the puk code, entering it wrong too many times will disablethe card. There is no default code to unlock it, its simcard spesificevery card has its own code.
