Is it under warranty?
If you have tryed the full reset / hardreset.
and still the device doesn't give out any signs of life, I suspect there is a fault in the mainboard how are the battery connections? all good?
theres a motherboard replacement service available
http://www.ipaqrepair.co.uk/view_product.php?product=1268
you can also buy the parts yourself and replace
http://www.ipaqrepair.co.uk/store.php?cat_id=19&catname='iPAQ%20Parts%204100%20Series'
But if you have warranty then send it in for warranty repairs.
few more websites to get parts from
http://www.ipaqparts.com/
http://www.ipaqrepair.com/
If you have warranty on it, then that will save you - you won't have to pay for the repairs in that case.
