There is on my n73. It could be a software bug down. Try formatting the phone.

Format the entire phone. This will delete everything on the phone, but so back up pics, videos, etc on the memory card.

To format:

1. Turn off phone
2. Hold the following keys down WHILE it's turning back on:
3. (3 + * + green call key)
4. Do not let go till it asks about your location

Or if not, try upgrading the version of your n73 with new software.

Copy and Past the following into your web browser:

Try downloading what you need there.

Negative are scanning as negatives and are not converting to a photo??? PLease help

Negatives are supposed to scan as negative as it displays what you scan. Try going into the image/edit menus and find the effects/filters and choose negative. If you apply the negative effect/filter to your negative image it will become a positive image. Hey presto!

I am getting white block on my prints(no color) when a print photos on a HPC7280. Using Windows 7.

Check if you are using Windows Photogallery to print or some other application... If not windows photogallery then right click on any of your picture, click on properties Click on 'Change' next to open with select windows photogallery from the list Click apply then Ok
Open the photo after that, click on print and on the window which opens up, click on the Options which is at right hand bottom corner A pop up windows would open up, click on printer properties and select the quality from Automatic to best Select the size of paper that you are using Then go to the advanced tab on the same window at the top and check the box which say maximum DPI Then try to print

Missing PhotoGallery.msi

Hello,

You can approach this a few ways:

Cleanup A Problem Setup
An additional possibilities if the above info doesn't do the trick:

Remove PhotoGallery (you can reinstall it afterwards if you use it):
  • Check to see if you can find PhotoGallery in the ADD/REMOVE programs list (in START menu / CONTROL PANEL). If you use Windows Vista this will be called Programs And Features.
  • If it is listed, click on it then click on the UNINSTALL button or link (either to the right or near top of the window).
  • Once removed, shut down the computer (not RESTART), wait 20 seconds, then power back up.
  • The errors should be gone
If the problem persists, try the following:
  • Download the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility which is free from here (about 1/3 down the page for the download link):
    http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=290301
  • Install the utility
  • Run the cleanup utility (usually found on the START / (ALL) PROGRAMS menu).
  • Scroll down until you see 'PhotoGallery'
  • Select Remove
  • Shut down the computer (not RESTART), wait 20 seconds, then power back up.
Hope this helps out,

Chris

Redeye

Red-eye is actually caused by the light from the flash bouncing off the back of the retina and picking up the color red from the blood vessels. To correct this effect, follow these steps: Turn the mode dial to PlayBack Mode (green arrow) and display the image with redeye. Press OK\Menu button. Using the arrow pad, navigate to MODE MENU>EDIT>REDEYE FIX. Press the right arrow key, START will display. Press OK\Menu After {BUSY} bar displays, a screen will display with an option to cancel or save the image. ? If the option [Go] is displayed, press the OK\Menu button. This saves a corrected version of the image. ? If the option CANCEL is displayed, than the camera was unable to correct the image. Press the left arrow key to exit. This correction may not work on all pictures. If you import the original image into Olympus Master software you can also apply the Red-Eye fix located in the Edit menu. This lets you precisely pinpoint the eye area and remove the red. It even lets you remove green or blue, which can occur with animals.
