1. i thing your dvd tray is not working properly.first you do onething take needle and put inside the tray and again put a oscd into the dvd drive and perform the reinstal the os.

clean the dvd rw wihth lense clenaer or window cleaner put a few tinhy drops on the disk put in and when dik is dry its done, also unplugg and plugf bk in all connections esspecially ur dvd rw
