No the axis a1650 connects to standard ethernet UTP cable with RJ45 Jack, and then to the printer through either USB or Parallel.

I have the following equipment: A dell computer without a wireless card that has only 1 Ethernet port and is coupled to a modem router. I have bought a DLink 1650 extender which I want to use as a rep

Your first couple of steps are as follows:
1. Direct connect the 1650 to the PC.
2. From what I read about the 1650, you will find it at IP 192.168.0.50
3. Try accessing the 1650 with your browser. The default userid for login and configuration is "admin" with no password. You should be able to confirm this with your manual for the 1650.
4a: If you connect, then you will want to change the IP address of the 1650 to something that will be compatible on the network provided by your modem router.
4b: You may need to do a manual configuration of your network connection on the PC to be able to talk to the 1650 during the time you are direct connected. Pick an IP address for the PC that is on the 192.168.0.x network - but NOT 1, 0, 254, 255 or 50. Now try step 3.
5. Once you've done the basic compatibility configuration steps, you can return your PC to its previous network connection configuration. plug the cable from the modem into a port on the 1650, and your PC should also be plugged into the 1650. I'm assuming your modem router doesn't have a lot of connections available.

The desired configuration for what you've described in your question is to make the 1650 into an access point for wireless on your network. . You might also want to connect to your modem router to ensure that the range of addresses handed out by its DHCP server don't include 50. ( OR whatever address you've assigned to the 1650.)

Find the equation of the hyperbola which satisfies the given equation center(1,-2) transverse axis to the x-axis transverse 6 and conjugate axis 12

I am not quite sure how the major axis of your hyperbola is directed and i do not know if the lengths you give are measures of the major and minor axes or the measures of the semi-major and semi-minor axes. So I am giving you the equations and the graphs so that you can decide for yourself what is appropriate for your problem.

Major axis parallel to the X-axis
Equation and graph

k24674_37.jpgk24674_38.jpg
Center is at x=1 and y=-2, semi-major axis length is a=6, and semi-minor axis length is b=12

Major axis is parallel to the y-axis
Equation
k24674_39.jpgk24674_40.jpg

Center is at x=1 and y=-2, semi-major axis length is a=12, and semi-minor axis length is b=6.

I trust you can customize the equations to fit your need.

We are attempting to install a EOC1650 as a client router. We have been able to configure it as a client router but it does not appear to be broadcasting a signal or recognizing the connection to the...

What model access point are you trying to get it to connect to?
On the EOC-1650, go to the Wireless Network page and click the Site Survey button. This should show you all the APs that are visible to the unit. If you don't see any, either the radio in your 1650 is blown, or your AP isn't set up correctly (to determine which, get close to your AP with your PC and see if it shows up on your PC's wireless screen). If you do see the AP, click the BSSID value to attempt to connect to the AP. The error message, if any, will tell you where to look for your connection problem (password, encryption type, etc.)

they don't have it. the dual shock 2 has it. but thats a ps2 controller. the dual shock 3 is a six axis controller, sony opted for six axis instead of vibration. if your lucky you may be able to find a setup to use a dual shock 2 setup to use with an wireless adapter for the ps3. good luck with that one though.

I am trying to figure out how to set up the engenius 1650 so I can wirelessly extend my internet connection to my shop 400ft. away from my d-link router at my house. Do I set it up as an access point or a...

Use the internal antenna, not the stick antenna, and point it directly at where your home router is. Set your PC to the hardcoded IP address 192.168.1.5, and browse to 192.168.1.1. Configure the 1650 into Bridge mode. (At this point, you may need to rebrowse to 192.168.1.2.) In the Wireless section, set it to look for the name (SSID) of your home router, and provide it with any WEP or WPA password needed to connect to your home router. In the TCP section, set it to accept an IP address from your home router via DHCP. Reboot the unit and set your PC to accept IP addresses from DHCP. You should receive an address from your home router and be able to use your home network.
The cable from the 1650 can attach to only one device, obviously. To get your other devices online, you will have to buy an (inexpensive) 10/100 ethernet switch and attach all the cables (including the one to the 1650) through it. That will serve all your devices.
