Are you using windows vista? If you are, here's what to do. Open the picture using windows picture viewer (right click the pic., click "open with" then click "Windows picture viewer" when the window opens, on the right, click "full page photo" (the top one) then click 2options" then "printer properties" Under "paper size" click " 5"X7" Borderless or 126X178 Borderless. Click "OK" then click "Print"
Et voila!
Hope this helps.

Print set up in the program

You do not specify what Epson Printer you are using. I have an Epson WorkStation. The Document Format in the Principal (Main) tab of the printer parameters lists among other format, a personalized (custom) format where you can choose the dimensions in mm or inches.

Why are my photos missing edges when printed, even though the entire photo is visible when viewed digitally?

Because the 4x6 or 5x7 or 8x10 dimensions of the print are different from the picture you took. You need to take that into account when taking the picture and allow for some loss on the sides.

Cannot print 5x7 photo with i550 printer. What do

The i550 is capable of printing 5x7, the print software you are using may not be capable. The paper is loaded in the feeder lengthwise all the way to the right. If you are getting error codes, that's a different story.

Only 4x6 tray prints clearly

For this concern try pressing "copy+cancel" for media calibration then try again, make sure you have an A4 paper loaded. If this doesnt help you out try using the Kodak website www.kodak.com/go/itg and use "image quality" for class.

I purchased a C6280 all-in-one printer on 7-2-08.  Iwould like to know how do I print 5x7 and 8x10 photoson an 8x10 photo paper.  I can not find out how to do it looking through the manual. ...

We neeed to manually set the size of the paper in order to print on abaove paper sizes.

Open the HP Solution Center and click on settings >> print settings >> printer settings.

Now select the paper type as plain paper and click OK.

Now click on custom settings and enter the size of the paper and give it a name and click OK.

Now close the solution center and reopen it again.

Now click on settings >> print settings >> printer settings.

Now check whether we have the name that we gave to the custom size previously. Select it and then click OK and then try to print.

Sizing the photo

Unfortunately, the P400 seems to have its own set of sizes. The printer will give a print close to the size selected. (This is really noticeable with the perferated psper.) The situation is no different with the P440.
