Ican't get wirless anywhere in side house except the room router is in. Are there longer extensions so i can move router to another room? Or what is your suggestion?

I've never seen cinder block affect wireless signal before. Metal pipes and ducts can interfere as can electromagnetic interference from appliances and ungrounded wires.

If possible, moving it to a location higher up, like a second floor of the home, could help broaden the range. Also, check to make sure that that there aren't any wires grounding out on places they shouldn't be (pipes and ducts).

Aside from purchasing expensive external antennae, moving the router through trial and error is probably your best bet.

Ive tried to program the heat in my house, but its always too cold, how can i turn on the heat

the thermostat may be in the wrong location for it to work correctly. make sure its in a well heat vented room and not in a closed low volume room. it you want heat push the "hold" button and set a temp that works for you. when done push "run program" buttom to run what you have set into the program.

Track lighting remote control similar to that of ceiling fan?

Yes, but the remote operates on the switch that turns the lights on and off. Lutron has this kind of technology and it is really cool. I have it all over my house and I don't even have to go room by room turning lights off; I just push a button from my bedroom. Along with a single remote that can be used with each switch in your house, you can program a house remote that controls the lights and ambiance of every room.

You didn't mention the specific model of your timer, but here's a link to a manual that I hope will work for you:

My appartment does not have cenral AC/heat, it has a GE cooling/heater unit in each room. You can set up low heat or high heat but it continues runing on until you manually stop it when is to hot. Is there...

the unit runs all the time because of the fan (ventilation motor)-but it is not working on cooling or heating all the time - The ventilation motor pushes the air from the room through the machine and when the termostat is reading that you set it up for cooler air or warm air it will turn on the air conditioning part or the heating part of the machine-it is very good system actually

Thermastat

Unless you damage the thermostat in someway, covering it is a non issue. Because it is an electrical device you will still want to have easy access to it, so don't do anything too permanent! OPTIONAL: I recommend that you disconnect this device at the power source (usually its own breaker/fuse) just to be safe.
