I need puk 1 but o2 dont know my number because i have not used it for a long time

You need to contact the network provider, the PUK is specific to your phone number and is related to the sim only. After a PIN has been enetered incorrectly 3 times it will request a PUK code which you will have 10 attempts. When contacting your network provider (o2, orange, t-mobile, etc.) they may ask security questions relating to your account.

Contact your service provider, Orange...O2...etc who ever it is? They will provide you with your puk number then just type it in, There is no other way of getting this number! Hope this helps,

The PUK and PIN are two security features provided by the service provider. The default PUk is 00000000 (eight zeros) and PIN 12345. But used wrong more than three times renders the SIM locked and useless. So, now you know where you stand. Ask the helpline of the service provider, even if from a friend's phone to give you a new SIM, for a charge to retain the old number.

Hi the PUK code is the security code for the sim card and not the phone you can only get the PUK code for the sim card by ringing your service provider you need to give them the sim cards number and they will then give you the code for free over the phone.

if you have entered the code wrong more than 5 times then the chances are the sim card is now blocked and can no longer be used.

you can put a new sim card in and this wont ask for the PUK code, how ever if the sim card is blocked you will lose all the info stored on the sim card such as numbers,texts etc so make sure you dont try guessing the PUK code as its totally random code and the only way of getting this is by calling your service provider

you don't have to pay for your PUK, that is your pin unblocking key, we usually need this code to unblock the wring typing of pin for 3 consecutive times. PUK is provided to you free of charge, when? the first time you buy the sim, it is written in the back of your sim card holder, together with your mobile number. or written in the receipt. written there were, PIN 1 = 1234 PUK 1 = example only 12345678 PIN 2 = 1234 PUK 2 = 12345678, if you input the pin 1 code wrong 3x, then you need to type PUK 1 which can unblock your pin so you can use your phone. if lost any of that code, ask your network provider to provide you.

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

I believe the PUK 1 code is 68901956 and the PUK 2 code is 40537752. Although I may have gotten those mixed around...
