Note: To install Adobe Photoshop CS3, and to perform most of the following troubleshooting tasks, you must have administrator privileges. If you lack administrator privileges, the Adobe Photoshop CS3 installer will be unable to access necessary files.
1. Make sure that the system meets the minimum requirements for Photoshop CS3. Photoshop CS3 may not run correctly on a system that doesn't meet the following requirements:

  • PowerPC G4 or G5, or Intel-based Macintosh
  • Mac OS X v.10.4.8
  • 512 MB of RAM
  • 2 GB of available hard-disk space (additional free space required during installation)
  • 1024 x 768 monitor resolution with 16-bit video card
  • DVD-ROM drive
  • QuickTime 7.1 software required for multimedia features
  • Internet or phone connection required for product activation
  • Broadband Internet connection required for Adobe Stock Photos and other services
Hope that helps....

No you cannot, because it is not supported when you uninstall it. If you visit Adobe.com. What you might want to do is just download another version on it. Copy it onto a flash drive or CD. And then just place into the other PC.

Also you can share digital files between the PC and your Mac, but not programs, because programs are Server-Side installed. So the only way to share a program is to copy the files(Install Files) from one PC to the Mac, and it should work.

The only way to transfer the file is to visit http://www.Adobe.com/ and download the Version for the Mac. The activation code should still work. Thanks for using Fixya!

Marked's Post is right, but it doesn't tell you how to install it into a Mac computer. So it is right for a PC, but not a Mac.

I CANT INSTALL

Adobe Photoshop CS2 have some system requirements to be meet before installation, the requirements are listed below: (if you don't meet any of the minimum you should upgrade your hardware to install this software) (hopes this helps)
Processor
  • To run Photoshop CS2, PC users should have one of the following processors: Intel Centrino, Xeon, Xeon Dual, Pentium III or a Pentium 4 processor.
Mac users who want to install Adobe Photoshop CS2 need at least a PowerPC G3, G4 or G5 processor.
Operating System
  • Photoshop CS2 requires at least a PC that runs Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Windows 2000 users need Service Pack 4. Windows XP users need Service Pack 1 or Service Pack 2.
Mac users can run Photoshop CS2 on OS X versions 10.2.8 through 10.3.8 at least. However, Adobe recommends versions 10.3.4 through 10.3.8.
RAM
  • Both PCs and Macs can run Photoshop CS2 with 320 megabytes of RAM though Adobe recommends running the program with at least 384 megabytes of RAM.
Hard-Disk Space
  • Before installing Adobe Photoshop CS2 on a PC, make sure you have at least 650 megabytes of hard-disk space free.
If you are installing CS2 on a Mac, check to make sure you have at least 750 megabytes of hard-disk space available.
Monitor and Video Card
  • Adobe Photoshop CS2 works best on monitors with a resolution of at least 1024 by 768. A 16-bit video card is also required. These requirements apply to both PC and Mac users.

Can't see KPT collection

please make sure that you have installed the plug-ins in the appropriate directory. The appropriate directory for installing plug-ins is Adobe/Photoshop CS3\Photoshop\Plug-Ins. your plug-ins must be installed in the Plug-ins Directory otherwise photoshop cs3 won't show them.

Hope helped.
Thanks

Photoshop 7.0

Unfortunately the "official" word is out. Photoshop 7.0, 7.0.1 is not compatible with Apple's newest Operating System, Leopard (10.5).
Adobe Photoshop versions CS (8.0) CS2 (9.0) and CS3 (10.0) do run in Leopard but may have some issues. The only suggestion I have for you is either revert back to Tiger (10,4) or upgrade your Photoshop to CS3. Adobe offers a discounted upgrade price from 7.0, CS1, CS2 to CS3 for $199. That's a lot better then paying the full retail price of $649.00. I wish I had a better suggested solution for you. You're not alone on this one.
