Re: my cookie browser was disable
If you go to your Internet Settings, you should see An option to Enable/Disable Cookies. (Or Web Browser depending on which console you are using). If you hit Enable, it should be fixed and all set to go. Thanks for using Fixya!

This could either be a problem with your internet or a problem with your browser.
I'd say delete all cookies from your browser and then attempt to upload again.
Also, try and reset your internet connection and then attempt to upload again.
Hello melissalucy8 and welcome to FixYa. Clearing your browser history and cookies is easy. Let me walk you through.
1- Select Internet Browser from the XMB.
2- Press the Triangle Button.
3- You will now see a list of options on the right.
4- Highlight History and press the X Button.
5- Now you will press the Triangle Button again
6- You should see a option for Delete All. Highlight this and press X.
7- You will see a screen that asks Are you sure you wish to delete history? Highlight Yes and press X to complete the process.
Now for deleting your cookies follow these steps.
1- From the browser options menu locate and highlight Tools and press X.
2- From here you can delete your cookies, cache or web history. Highlight the ones you wish to delete and press X. If you are trying to clear all traces of your web surfing hightlight and select cookies and cache and press X to delete.
Now your PS3 browser is clear.

Sometimes Facebook doesn't work through the browser. Try deleting your cookies by pressing the tirangle button while you're in the browser, go to "tools," and then "delete cookies." If that doesn't fix it you'll have to use facebook some other way.

I think you may need to go to tolls and delete cookies and files. Your PS3 is very similar to internet explorer, and store cookies and files while you are surging the web. I hope this helps you so that you can continue to enjoy your PS3

You might want to see if your "cookies" are enabled. These are small files that websites save on your computer to save your username/password/site settings/etc. for future use. The procedure for enabling cookies varies widely from browser to browser; your best bet is to search your browser's help file.
Also, Microsoft has a bad habit of sprucing up their sites so that only Internet Explorer can access them properly, so if you don't have/use it, you might need to get it at least for this purpose.
