You would need to install a driver for the printer into each device. Unfortunately, Dell does not have an Apple Driver for this printer to install in your devices.

Since you need to reinstall this printer and if you don't have the setup disc for it you can install it back by downloading the printer software/driver from this link and use that for installation, just click HERE and proceed with the download.

For your printer to print documents, you need to have the correct driver installed. This is what would have been on the CD. You can get the driver straight from the vendor's site. Save the file to your desktop. Run it, and it will extract the driver onto your hard disk. After, it should start installing. If it doesn't, you can run setup.exe in c:\Dell\Drivers\V305 . Restart your computer, and you should be able to print. Good luck!
As you correctly point out the dell printer does not have driver for mac.
I dont think having a lexmark driver will work as the printer will still say its a dell to your computer.
You may have to borrow a printer that is mac compatible or save files to windows format and print on friends computer.

I used to have a Dell all-in-one and had same problem. I asked Dell for new installation disc and re-installed it and that seemed to to solve the problem.

you need to reinstall the printer driver follow this steps. Don’t connect the printer usb cable first 1st you install the driver disc which is come along with the printer and when the software prompt you to connect the cable then plug the usb cable and follow the instruction.
