Well, you can force a reset on most TV's by unplugging the set from the electricity for an least and hour and plugging it back into the outlet.

If not, need a brand and model. Sounds like a horizontal circuit problem.

Left side seeing double and color a little odd

Possible there is shift in alignment which can be corrected only with a proper test pattern and resetting procedure.
I would recommend that you must take opinion from Sony for estimation before any work is done.

Right side convergence

A convergence IC has burned out. If I remember correctly, those Pioneer sets have one huge convergence IC, but that IC only has 5 channels in it so they use another smaller dual STK IC and one half of it is used for the 6th channel and the other half is the vertical output. Look on the convergence board, find the blue convergence jack, identify the blue horizontal channel, follow the traces and replace the IC handling the blue horizontal channel.

Picture cut off

No adjustment needed on these LCD projection. Your problem is in your setup menu. Your default is now is set ZOOM. That is why the bottom of the picture is cutting off. Go to Menu, setup and screen size or something close to that.

Wierd problem

HD projection televisions have seperate convergence alignment for 480i-1080i thus your problem when you use your XBOX360. The "No sensor data" that shows up is due to the fact that the sensors need to be initilized after doing the convergence in 1080i mode. You will probably need a technician to do the alignment because if it is out that much then a template needs to be used to get it corrected. For now you can put your XBOX in a lower display mode until repairs are done.
