Have you checked that the charger is working? Try connecting it to another charger. Leave it connected for about 10 minutes and see if it will turn on whilst connected. If so the problem may be that your charging cable is faulty.
This usually means you need to connect your iPod to your computer and open iTunes. You may need to restore the iPod to original settings in order to fix.
This error is referring to your internet connection. do you have a wireless connection? go to your settings in iTouch and make sure your wifi is turned on and your fetch new data is set to push. make sure your connected to a wireless network or your youtube won;t work. I hope this helps please leave a vote if it helps
From what it sounds like, you are working in a Windows environment. What you are trying to do is bridge your wireless ad-hoc network with your wired network connection. Windows does not support this method of connection even though they have the option for "allow other network users to connect through this computer's internet connection". That would only work if you had two ethernet cards in your system, and that option bridges one ethernet port with the other. It doesn't support bridging to your wireless adapter.
Most laptop wireless cards do not support an "infrastructure" mode, which would turn your notebook into a mobile router. Instead they create an ad-hoc network completely separate from your wired network. There are some commercial pieces of software that can bridge the two, though I've never been able to make them work.
The easiest route would be to go to Target or a local electronic store and pick up a wireless router. You would take the ethernet connection from your laptop and attach it to the router. Then your laptop and iPod would both connect to the internet through the router.
ok so u need your WEP key that it might ask for and that is located at the bottom bar code of your modem plug it in a nd that should solve your internet problems
hol dyour home buton then connect ur ipod.. (holding down hom button the WHOLE time even when connecting.Let go when u see something apear on your ipod screen)
Do you have iTunes 8?
Are you sure that there's nothing wrong with your iTouch's USB cord?
Have you checked your PC's USB ports by plugging in another USB device?
If you've tested all of that and you're still having issues, feel free to call me. I can walk you through some more trouble shooting.
