Hello install this program from here:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/
And reboot after the install is done.
The program will kill the autorun file, when you boot again.
Here is a free version that works great.
This is also the best free malware/trojan remover available !!!!
Install also a better free antivirus program like this:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/security-essentials-download
Please uninstall the old antivirus program, before you install
Microsoft Security Essentials.
Mse it`s not useing so much of the pc`s memory to operate.
Your windows version must be valid, to use Microsoft Security Essentials .
You might have to scan for virus, in failsafe mode by pressing F8, while the pc boots.
Good luck
Hi dear, you can remove your autorun virus without anti-virus just follow my instructions.
>>>> Open your command prompt and give these commands; for example if you have only one drive
>>>> D:/>attrib -s -h -r autorun.inf (and then press enter)
>>>> D:/> del autorun.inf (and then press enter)
Now take a reboot and after rebooting autorun virus will have been removed.
Note: if you have more than two drives you should change with D: like E: or F: or G: etc. and then give this command again and again for each drive and in the end take a reboot.
Now your drives have been cleared from autorun virus.
Good Luck

Hi Ketan,
The problem seems to be in your machine rather than the pendrive.
Scan your machine for virus / Malware
Use Free Symantec...
ftp://ftp.symantec.com/misc/tools/nss/NortonSecurityScan.exe
and MalwareBytes antimalware..
To format ur pendrive:
Start > run > diskmgmt.msc
Right clcik on ur pendrive's partiotion and choose format.

Download AVG, it is free, and it is probably the best virus protector around. It will clean your computer up.
