I think your best bet will be to contact Panasonic Customer service. But the most common cause for this is that the lamp connections weren't properly re-installed, or there's an interlock switch that is in the wrong position from when you had the lamp(s) out.

Aaxa P3 projector charging cord shorts out projector

I have the same problem.. Everytime i plug the power my projector switch off.. I ordered mine in amazon and there's no way I can return it back to the supplier coz I am currently residing in Qatar.. I did a bit of trouble shooting by opening the projector and unplugging each cable and test it each time I remove one.. Luckily, the second component I dettached from the board which is the speaker (located at the back side, wire connection is on right if youre facing the back) make everything back to normal..

Sorry for my english..

Hope this help..

Turns on and calls for replace lamp, I already did it and still calling for replace lamp. Fan turns on and that's it power and lamp lights are on thanks

Projectors keep a lamp life clock to track the age of a bulb. The clock needs to be reset with each bulb that is inserted. Here are the steps with your particular projector:

1)Power on projector
2) Go to "menu"
3) Choose "Options"
4) Choose "Lamp Settings"
5) Choose "Lamp Reset"
6) Select Yes

Certain models require you to hold "Lamp Reset" for a particular amount of time. It could be instantly, 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds... Just have to play until it responds.

Once that is reset you should be good.

My Optima Projector flashes the red light on the Lamp & temperature L.E.D's at the same time. Power gets to it but after the LEDS flashing for some time, it automatically turns off then on again and...

Sounds like your bulb has gone.
Unplug it.
Clean all the filter.
Remove lamp and inspect it, check for darkness, cracks and if filament has blown.
If lamp looks ok, put back in and test.
Dont touch the lamp front glass with your fingers as this can damage lamp.

HELP! I changed the bulb already. My NEC VT 470 won't turn the bulb on. The green power light comes on, then the status light blinks green about 12 times, several rotations. Then the fan comes on, the...

Sounds like you lamp ballast has gone bad. I good way to verify this is, when you press power on the projector look inside the lens. If you see a small amount of light, then the ballast is good, and the lamp is bad. If there is no light then chances are the ballast is bad.

If you haven't tried it already, unplug the unit, hold down the power button for 15 seconds, release, then wait about a half hour and try plugging the machine in and powering up again. This may reset the memory and enable your projector to start up normally.

Optoma EP716 turns on but no picture displays

Don't ever just unplug the power cord while it is on. The bulb needs to cool down with the fan still on.
Did you ever connect a source?

Won't power off when pressing power button, just goes to standby mode

With most projectors you have to press the power button twice to confirm that you want to turn it off. When you press it the first time it waits for a bit and then turns itself back on assuming you hit the power button on accident.
