Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have ask you already how to install the dual boot os(Windows xp and Windows 7 ), but i don't complete yet .Can you explain to me again step_by_step in great detail ? because when i install windows xp...

Hello, this is how I dual boot my laptop with windows xp and windows 7

1. Backup all you important files, use an external hard-disk if possible
2. Make sure you have two drives or partitions: usually drive C and D
3. Insert your xp cd, do a quick format of drive C and install
4. Boot into windows xp and format format drive D if necessary
5. Insert your windows 7 DVD and follow the prompts. When it asks you to upgrade or new install, choose new installation
6. When you are asked to choose a location choose drive D
7. Complete your windows 7 installation
8. Thats it, you can now install drivers and programs

When installation is complete you will see both os options: windows 7 and previous version of windows (i.e xp)

I have done this numerous times without the need for any other step or software. The only rule is to is to install xp first, then windows 7.

All the best

Hello, i got my new graphic card (ASUS EAH6850 Direct CU 1GB/D5) and i placed it in my pc and got all cables on the right place. the screen works, does everything but resolution isnt good and i cant...

First if you haven't done so, you need to install all the drivers that came with the new video card. when you first install a video card only some bare bones basic drivers are used to access and make the video card function. Those drivers will make the video seem jumpy and have low resolution.
Once that is completed and your computer is restarted, you might need to change your resolution. to do that, here is the easiest way:
Find a spot of your computer desktop without icons and right click. there should be a menu that pops up. In windows xp you need to select the menu item that says properties and click the tabs of the new window you have up until you see resolution. In windows 7 it says screen resoultion. Change the slider bar until you find it right one for you.
If you set it to high not to worry, don't hit anything for 15 seconds after you change it and will revert automatically.

No sound in Windows 7

Hi,

Uninstall all the audio drivers and restart the computer. Make sure the audio jack is in the Green audio port.

Let the operating system re-detect the audio and install the drivers for it itself. When its done see if you have any sound.

Post back if this does not work.

Good luck.

I dropped my remote to converter box in the water what do I do it is now not working

HELLO

OK! Dropping the remote into water was not a great thing to do, however I have dried out remotes before with success. What you need to do is carefully take the remote apart completely and dry EVERYTHING inside and I mean everything! A couple of pieces of kitchen tissue work great!

Dry the rubber matrix with the buttons on, even the board....THE LOT!

When you have done this put it back together and with any luck it should work. Obviously there is no guarantee, but it has worked for me in the past.

I'll leave you with it and wish you all the best and post on this forum what happens!!!!! (:-)

Phone freezes when entering text

well I believe that the phone must still be stuck trying to send that long message. The easiest fix would be to reset the phone and that should clear everything up. You could even use mobile phone tools to back up the information on your phone, master reset it, then if you lost anything restore it back.
