Most likely a bad battery. Battery's are typically only warrantied by the manufucature for a year. It's not uncommon for it to go bad after a year or two or for the capacity to diminish.

Sorry I wasn't to helpful.

um well its obvious somethings not right it could range from a numberous amout of problems it looks like your power port may be faulty but its almost out of the answer it could be something wrong with your power supply affecting the gpu. This problem isnt something you or i could fix buy doing something within the computer by tweeking something. The best thing to do is to take it to your nearest repair shop.I havent heard of a laptop doing this, its a first time thing.

My DELL streak 7 wont charge or turn on! what can i do to fix it

Use a trial and error method. try using another battery charger(power supply), if it charged then the problem might be your charger. replace it. if it still wont charge using another charger of the same output voltage,it could be the motherboard is damaged.

Charger isnt charging

Check that everything is plugged in, turn laptop off then on again.. If not fixed try calling manufacturer but more then likely your cable is just busted, try looking on ebay for a new one
