Question about Computers & Internet

1 Answer

The screen on my HP DV2000 goes blurry after being on about 10 minutes. Not like "snow" on a TV, but close, everything just blurs. New video card, drivers, what do I need?

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Blurry screen

First I will suggest you to start your system in safe mode by normally Pressing F8 key when windows starts up
In the safe mode update your graphic drivers just go the site of your system manufacture. Once there enter the model number of the system then request driver (usually found in the web site's "Support Section"). There you should be able to find all the drivers for your model
If this didn't help you then simply get the Intel software partner Reginout to fix all the errors which causing your screen blurs

Best of luck

Works for a bit, but goes blurry and freezes.

Sounds like a vid card problem

How do you get it to work when it freezes??

Ensure you have all the latest drivers from HP's site. Install them chipset first.

When i shut my laptop the tv i use as my monitor goes blank.

Right click the power icon in the system tray (should look like a little plug with a lightning bolt on it.)  Click on "adjust power properties."  Click on the "advanced" tab, then where it says, "When I close the lid of my portable computer," select "Do Nothing."

Hello Sis,
I guess your computer has a big problem with a virus which your anti-virus wasn't able to detect. If I were you, I will back up all my files on a separate drive then format your computer. This crazy problem already happened to me and what i did was the one i just wrote to you. If you don't have the actual drivers for your computer, go back to the place where you bought it from and ask for the drivers then you can format your computer by yourself. If you are not able to do it on your own, consult anyone who is able to do it for you.... Godd Luck Sis !!!!!! Good Day !!!!!!

Pictures are blurred........... HELP

When you reboot your computer, hold down the "Delete" key. This should take you to a black screen and multiple options like "Safe Mode", etc. Choose "Last Known Good Configuration" then see if that helps.

If the pictures on the Internet are blurred, it's most likely due to a setting in your router/modem or web browser that is loading the page with minimal image quality and size to make browsing faster.
