Can you help....its phillips dptv310 or model 55pp935217
OK, friends.. Replace two Ic's Stk 392-110, and get in service menu settings , and adjust point by point. After replaced stk IC's, check if any resistor look brown or born, if yes, replaced it with 6.8 Ohms.SOme time SSB is defective ( small signal board, replaced it ) If you have questions? noetvs@embarqmail.com . convergance cant be adjusted
My Red CRT is unable to be manually converged, to far out of allignment on upper left mostly. My model is 55PP935212.
i have the same problem but im new to this what are IC,s, where are they and where are the resistors? also when i go in to adjust point by point now the red will not move at all? (disturbedindestructable@hotmail.com)
Hey...I experienced the same problem here. However, I have no knowledge or certification in repair...just trying to see whether you think it's worth it to try and pay someone to do the fixes you recommended, or is it just time for another TV?
