Question about Durabrand PDV-709
I have returned my DVD player once before for this same reason, but this time it has been past the 15 days. You put a movie in the player and the screen goes black while the movie is playing. You can hear the movie you just can't watch it.
Walmart has been accepting returns on these players because the manufacturer of this product line went out of business last year. Walmart was aware of it at the time of business with them. The best thing to do is take it back to the nearest Walmart and get a store credit and/or file a complaint on ripoffreport.com

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
